Interactive Kinetic Sculpture and Projection

Drawing on the correlations between femininity and nature, this work juxtaposes those ideas with self-destructive imagery. In one panel, the feminine is neutral and pleasant but as the viewer interacts with the work, the figure begins to degrade, covering herself in blood and staring uncannily at the viewer. In the other panel, a branch, meant to mimic the leaves in the figure's hair, is slowly shredded by blades that increase or decrease speed based on viewer interaction.
